Shipping Policy

Upon placing an order through our website the order will be processed and dispatched within the time frame shown on the product page. When ordering multiple items the dispatch time will be within the greatest time shown for any of the items. If we are unable to dispatch within the stated time we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. 

At the checkout you will be given a choice of shipping methods, the options shown depend on the item in the cart and your shipping address. We use DHL for our deliveries, and tracking information which will be forwarded to you when the order has been shipped. Once dispatched our couriers provide next working day deliveries to mainland UK and a two day service to Highlands and Islands. Some deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

Working day is classified as Monday - Friday. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day. 

Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 24hours of receiving the delivery.

EU Shipment PLEASE BE AWARE: We do not charge UK VAT on orders shipped to Europe. Instead the courier will collect VAT on behalf of the destination country, they may also apply a customs duty charge. You will need to pay this receive your order.
