You can buy direct from this web site and ship to any country in Europe and the USA, for other countries we can email you a quotation with a "Pay Now" Button for effortless ordering. Please note all of our items are sent out by carrier; (either Fed Ex or DPD Local) for insurance purposes a signature will be required on receipt of your delivery, however you can e-mail giving authority for the item to be left at your risk to email@example.com .
The carriage cost illustrated is for single products only delivered to the UK mainland area only. Actual Delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process, based on your Post Code location and total consignment weight. Up to 20kg mainland UK = £7.97 (Exc Highlands and Islands)You will receive a confirmation by email when you place the order, then another confirmation on despatch that will tell you which courier is delivering the goods and their tracking number. DPD Local can be tracked at www.dpdlocal.co.uk and Fedex Deliveries can be tracked at http://www.fedexuk.net/accounts/track.aspx .We try to send orders out as quickly as we can, if for any reason we have any problem with your order we will contact you via e-mail. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, our website will calculate delivery costs. This price covers the cost of shipping only, any customs or duties on the items will be billed directly to yourself from the courier company.
We can deliver to any address (eg work etc). It is possible to specify the day you require delivery if necessary; simply contact us if you wish to arrange this. Should you wish to change any item on the order please email email@example.com
In the interest of the environment we aim to use recycled packaging whenever possible, so please excuse us if sometimes the description on the box/wrapper looks strange or the inner packing is old newspaper! Rest assured it will always be packed with extreme care.
Please note - next day delivery is from only £6.50 multiple purchases will be capped.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Errors and Omissions: We strive to keep our website accurate, up to date and error free. However, whilst every effort has been made to make them so. No responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Data Protection and Privacy: Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection act1998.
When an order is placed we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, landline telephone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiry date) this information is used for billing purposes and to contact customers in case of difficulty in processing an order
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services. Details of these companies may be obtained by writing to the Fireside Shop.
Security: This website takes precautions to protect users information. When sensitive information is submitted via the website, that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL. The servers on which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment.

Returns & Replacements
We do hope that you find your purchases to be as ordered and in perfect condition. To help with this process and to maximise your convenience may we ask that you observe the following, your statutory rights are unaffected. Refunds will be made for qualifying goods within ten days of receipt of returns. We can not refund or exchange any bespoke item as these have been made to your personal requirements.
You will be required to provide a signature upon receipt of goods, so please ensure your package is thoroughly examined for any signs of damage, if applicable please mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt when signing. Please then notify us on 0191 268 0027 (option 2) , or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of initial receipt.
After delivery Manufacturing defects / Faults:
Please email email@example.com your order number, date of order, date of receipt, the items damaged and nature of the defect with clear images of the issue, within seven days of receipt of the goods. We will endeavour to respond in five working days.
We are happy to refund or exchange any goods Within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and are accompanied by the original delivery note / invoice. Please return the goods to us with a request for refund or exchange and we will endeavour to respond in ten working days. Regrettably return delivery costs are non-refundable alternatively you can purchase a return service, please see below .
We do understand that returning goods you have bought online can be less than straight forward. To make life easier for you we offer a Return of Goods service (below). When you make a return of goods order, we will collect items from any given address and have them brought back to our premises, where we will process the return and refund the value of the goods after a satisfactory inspection.
So if you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, or if the item is not suitable . We offer a Return of Goods order for UK mainland and also for Highlands and Islands, we can collect items from any given address ( just enter it as a “ delivery address” at the shopping cart stage). We will then contact you to arrange the time and date of the collection.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this via e-mail or post as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Out of Stock: In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted via e- mail or post and given the option of holding the item on back order or cancelling your order. We will normally fulfil an order with out of stock items within 3 - 5 working days of the date the order was placed.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exceptions:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
Method of payment: You can pay for your order through our website by using the following card's; Visa, Master Card, Switch, Maestro & Electron or through PayPal. You can also pay via cheque or postal order via post. When paying by card it is imperative that you provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, and address of the cardholder as it appears on the statement. No responsibility can be taken by The Fireside Shop for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
How to order: All orders can be placed online through the website, placed over the phone, or via the post. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
Our Summer Sale promotion will run between the 28th of July and the 31st of August, the promotion applies to all products excluding any of our bespoke products. Only orders placed within the the dates stated will qualify for the promotion.
